"A Time of Respite" Retreat

Everyone needs care, ESPECIALLY CAREGIVERS! 

Join High Vibrations as we cater to Love Marcs' guests of special needs caregivers.  We are aware how important it is for caregivers to take out time to just rest, we have a very relaxed schedule planned for you, however, with this retreat, you are encouraged to take the time to just be. The retreat will be held in a beautiful luxury home in DFW. You will have the option to participate in activities and presentations centered around caregivers. You also can take the time to rest. There is no pressure. This weekend is for you to get what YOU need.

8:00am-10:00am - Breakfast & Personal Time

10:00am-12:00pm  Session II - Taking Care of Yourself from the Inside Out - Tapping into the Power Within

Please note, all meals are included. You can expect a full continental breakfast full of pastries, fruits, yogurt, fresh brewed coffee and tea to be available by 6:00am for you earlier risers. You can help yourself to fruit, snacks, water, tea, coffee and juice anytime throughout the day. We will provide you with lunch as well as a full dinner each day. To top it off, you can expect a grand spread including all of the brunch favorites catered by High Vibrations lead catering choice, Ghost Catering. Vegan and vegetarian options available upon request.
