Gone are the days when it is expected for women to stay home with her children providing them with the nurturing they need to succeed in life. As the world continues to progress and evolve, women have had to make the most adjustments.

“Tougher skin” (or so those who’ve never been responsible for running a household may think) is expected to compete in what we have been programed to believe is a “man’s world”. For many, in the quest to advance we have had to be more logical, aggressive, assertive and competitive. These are qualities that are generally associated with men, thus  masculine energy. While the world, as we knew it began to shift, we had no choice but to shift with it.

Now, the world is full of ‘”go-get-it” women, many single. If in relationships, many have found themselves to be the primary breadwinners. What does all this mean to relationships? Many men resent us. Not for the careers we have but for adapting to the world we all live in. The kill or be killed, every man (or woman) for him(herself), survival of the fittest. The world has pressured women to be stronger while resenting her for not being vulnerable at the same time.

Our founder, Marveta Johnson,  also founder of High Vibe Media Group, where she had several shows on her network, has over 30 years of public speaking experience. From panel discussions, forums, and speaches in front of thousands, to talk shows and podcast.  Before Kevin Samules, Marveta, known to many as Ms. Lotus was the founder of a very impactful show "A Man's Point of View" from 2015-2018. Here she moderated weekly conversations in front of a live audience with 4 men on the panel; married, single, divorced age ranging from 30s-60s. She created this plateform with hopes of providing a safe place for men to have authentic conversations about relationships. It was here, she wanted to give women a genuine opportunityto hear what men really wanted from their relationships with their counterpart.  Her goal, to help one understand the other and learn to communicate, thus interact healthier.
