Join HVHH for our monthly womb care. So many women have dealt with sexual abuse. There are also many that were raised thinking sex was bad and dirty and were never taught to love their bodies. When not properly addressed and dealt with many of us develop an unhealthy sex life. Some become extremely promiscuous, not really understanding the value and how sacred the womb is. Others may go into a shell and struggle with desiring sexually relationships at all. Whether you have been Sexually abused, Sexually Traumatized, You deal with a heightened unhealthy sexual appetite, No sex drive at all Whenever we neglect dealing with past trauma of any kind, it shows up in unhealthy relationships, emotional and physical illness and can result in self destructing. Join us for our monthly session of womb care. You can choose to participate in our group womb work where we learn to take care of, love and work with our womb. Participate in the group meditating, journaling, conversations and exercises to help you purge and let go of toxic behavior and relationships you may have experienced in the past. We will introduce you to healthy foods, teas, and stems that promote a heathier lifestyle. Not ready for the group work? You can opt to do your womb work one on one. Love your womb, IT'S YOURS!
